Summer Camp Registration Opens March 1st , 2022
Open to all horse loving kids who want to learn about horses and how to ride. Daily activities include equine education, fun and a great foundation in horseback riding and care. Campers learn about safety, teamwork, responsibility, animal husbandry, barn management, and animal behavior. Hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Ages 8 to 15 | June 27 to August 5 | $400.00
Seven, one week camps. Sign up for one or all 7. Open to all horse loving kids between the ages of 8 to 15 who want to learn about horses and how to ride. Daily activities include equine education, fun and a great foundation in horseback riding and care. Horseback Riding Camp
Session 9 | Ages 8 to 15 | August 8 -12 | Horse Show at Fox Heath Farm | $500.00
Chamounix will be attending a horse show offsite at Fox Heath Farm, Furlong, PA for a new camper experience. Campers of any level may attend. Lead line classes up through 2’6″ hunter. Camp fee includes coaching & horse transportation. Parents will be responsible for camper transportation to and from horse show and horse show class fees. Camp director will determine class entries.

Ages 5 to 7 | June 13 to June 17 & June 20 to 24 | $400.00

Daily activities include equine education, fun and a great foundation in horseback riding and care. Ages 8+ | Aug 15 to Aug 19 | AM or PM | $250.00
Polo Camp is for youth who would like to try the sport or for the experienced player who would like to learn more and improve skills. The AM session is for riders that can walk, trot and canter under control. Focus on arena strategy, field positioning, offensive and defensive strategies, penalties, conversion, and riding. The PM session is for beginner players that can walk and trot comfortably under control. Riders learn the basics of polo, hitting, equipment, rules, and safety. Open to anyone over the age of 8 yrs old.

You’re Invited!
On Friday of each week parents are invited to watch (10AM or 2PM) campers exhibit their skills on horseback. * No Friday show Session 9. Campers will enjoy a packed week which is sure to fulfill all their horsey needs. Unless noted, all weeks have openings.

Summer Camp FAQ
In addition to daily riding and horse care, the camp includes arts & crafts, outdoor games and nature walks in Fairmount Park.
~ long pants~ closed-toe shoes, preferably with a heel, no crocs~ a change of clothes for water games~ a packed lunch~ water~ snack optional ~ we do have a wonderful fountain that dispenses tasty Philadelphia water.
Weekly enrollment is limited to 20 campers per week. Riders are grouped according to ability.
No, camp runs rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, activities will be held inside.
Campers arrive by 9:00 am and assemble at the picnic table for roll call. They are then divided into 4 groups. The groups rotate through stations in and around the stable area and stay with the same counselor throughout the week. Campers participate in barn chores, equine education, exploration of Fairmount Park, riding twice a day, games and arts and crafts. Lunch is from 12:00 to 1:00
